Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how BioPath Hub uses cookies and similar technologies. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixels. We refer to all of these as "cookies" below.

2. Categories we use

  • Essential (always on) — required for authentication, security, load balancing, saving your consent choice, and remembering the language/theme you selected. The site does not work without them.
  • Analytics (optional) — help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it (e.g. which features are popular, where users get stuck). Only set if you choose "Accept all".
  • Marketing (optional) — used to measure campaign performance and show relevant content on other sites. Only set if you choose "Accept all".

3. Your choices

When you first visit BioPath you see a cookie banner with three options:

  • Accept all — essential + analytics + marketing.
  • Essential only — just what is needed to run the site.
  • Deny — same as Essential only; no optional cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time:

4. Browser controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from the settings menu. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of BioPath (for example, staying signed in).

5. Third parties

Some optional cookies are set by our service providers (hosting, analytics, payment). They only receive data if you accept optional cookies.
